Steps for applying to the CRC:

Applicants are encouraged to visit their nearest NADRA Registration Center (NRC) in order to obtain a Child Registration Certificate (CRC).

The Parent/Guardian will receive a token. You will be notified of your token number and counter number once your turn has come.
A photograph of each parent or guardian will be taken, followed by fingerprints and signatures of both parents or guardians.
Parents/guardians will receive a printed copy of the form.
An attested version of the application form will be sent to the parent or guardian, who will have to submit it with the attested copy.

A parent or guardian who provides their biometric verification at the registration center can skip the attestation process. CNICs must also be held by the person providing biometric verification.
